The eCRM position is within the award-winning marketing team and will support the execution of the marketing strategy. The department is responsible for the management and optimisation of all marketing channels (owned, earned and paid) to achieve the acquisition and brand targets for Romans and Leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the property industry.

The core purpose of this role, is to ensure the continuous operational efficiency and growth of our eCRM. You will plan journey designs and execute email campaigns to drive key marketing metrics, including customer engagement, conversion, retention and engagement. You will manage all aspects of email deployment including automation, data segmentation and email service provider administration.

Our main channel of communication is email but the preferred candidate should have a holistic view of all the channels that consumers have at their disposal to improve our customer touch-points, including SMS, AI Chat Bots.

You will be responsible for:

  • Advocate the role of relationship marketing across commercial teams, ensuring high quality planning and creation of journeys fitting to the business strategy
  • Day-to-day management of Leaders Romans Group email programs and campaigns, as well as email outputs and performance.
  • Optimise email campaign messaging, creative, targeting, templates, automation and segmentation through frequent testing and data analysis, with documentation of the results and sharing best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation in the marketing team, and work cross-functionally to implement them
  • Line management of marketing apprentice and coaching of marketing executives.

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics
  • Strong experience working with Dotmailer or alternative EMS
  • Demonstrable commercial ability
