Sales Team Leader - Wokingham

Salary: £16,000 per annum with an OTE OF £32,000

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of running a team and meeting targets, to join a successful and friendly team at our Wokingham office. You will be responsible for managing a telesales team of 6 - 9 people to ensure collective targets are met and to also train, coach and develop staff to the next level of their career. We are looking for someone who can motivate and inspire others whilst meeting or exceeding their own personal targets.

What does the role of a Team Leader involve?

• To drive performance from a Sales team to meet various KPI's
• To work closely with other divisions within the Leaders Romans group to maximise sales opportunities and deliver outstanding service to our clients
• To assist the manager/department head of Leaders/Romans Direct in the future development of the department
• Developing staff within a 6-12-month period
• Motivating staff in a positive and empowering way
• Conduct staff appraisals/reviews
