Salary up to £35K plus Company Car + Benefits, Permanent, Worthing with some Nationwide travel.

Supporting the Group Training Manager, you will be responsible for building relationship with the key stakeholders across the group to understand and identify the Learning and Development needs of the business to deliver high quality learning and Development training through multiple learning and development solutions using creative and innovative delivery methods and techniques.

About the role

Our successful candidate will be responsible for...

  • Researching and designing learning & development programmes based on the needs of the group, specifically inductions, customer service training and other skills related development
  • Motivating and Inspiring the learners to achieve and develop their skills
  • Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
  • Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets
  • Assess the return on investment of any learning & development intervention
  • Evaluate all learning & development interventions
  • Produce training materials for in-house workshops
  • Monitor and review the progress of delegates
  • Amend and revise workshops as necessary, in order to adapt to changes within the workplace or legislatively
  • Research new technologies and methodologies to enhance workplace learning
  • Working closely with colleagues in the HR department to identify training needs and the progress of delegates
  • Maintain up-to-date records for all L&D activity

To secure this excellent opportunity:

You must possess experience of designing and delivering tailored training programmes. Influential, engaging, highly organised and an outstanding communicator who is passionate about delivering training. You must have a strong background in people skills development, while a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly with overnight stays are also vital.
