Based in our Canute Road Property Management, you’ll expertly oversee the first stage of renewing and extending of our tenancies of a portfolio of properties from our local branches.

As Lettings Renewals Consultant you will be:

  • Dealing promptly and courteously with communications from both landlords and tenants at tenancy renewal stage.
  • Familiarising yourself with and carefully adhering to landlords’ requirements for tenancy renewals/extensions.
  • Expertly producing a renewal Agreement in order for a tenancy to continue.
  • Ensuring renewal documents are produced and signed in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
  • Maintaining a good sense of local market knowledge to advise correctly on rent increases and market conditions to landlords.
  • Pro-actively selling and optimizing ancillary sales in line with business objectives
  • A self- motivated team player.
  • Providing exceptional administration, telephone and communication skills.
  • Driving to provide first class customer service.
  • Experienced in administration and demonstrable experience in achieving targets and goals  
  • Some lettings and sales experience preferred but not essential
