Shared Ownership Sales Advisor

Job Purpose:

  • To provide excellent customer service to our corporate clients by offering a unique experience.
  • To help facilitate a buyers needs and expectations when buying a Shared Ownership home
  • Adhere to the Leaders Romans Group purpose and values.

 

Principle Accountabilities: 

  • Mutually agree and hit individual targets and contribute towards department targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Self-generate viewing activity on our available stock
  • Travelling to sites to conduct viewing appointments, client visits and completion handovers
  • Generate mortgage appointments and Lifetime Legal opportunities for additional department and individual income
  • Speaking to clients on the phone registering their interest in shared ownership
  • Arrange consultations with our in-house financial team for client HCA checks.
  • Ensure that we follow up all vetted clients keeping them updated of each stage of the process.
  • Offering buyers advice on suitable properties.
  • Liaising with local branches and Developers to arrange viewings.
  • Offer handling
  • Update our clients on progress of transactions.

 

Job Challenges:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure and the ability to prioritise accordingly
  • Skilled at generating viewing and cross selling opportunities and hitting targets
  • Ability to communicate to inexperienced buyers and overcome challenges

 

Additional Information:

  • Experience in sales, ideally within the estate agency sector preferred
  • Some degree of Customer Service experience desirable
  • Computer literate
