Located at Crowthorne House, Wokingham this role will become integral to the future growth and success of our business as we seek to establish ourselves as the leading property group dealing with Shared Ownership sales. LRG Shared Ownership was set up at the start of 2019 and continues to grow rapidly, working with many of the country’s largest Housing Associations and Registered Providers, securing instructions from Cheshire and Preston, down to Leamington Spa, across to Cambridgeshire, into Berkshire, Surrey and onto Southampton.
The Shared Ownership team are currently marketing in excess of 200 live instructions and in March agreed sales on 30 properties, secured 14 mortgage sign ups and a respectable amount of Lifetime Legal instructions.
To ensure that this momentum continues, we are looking to appoint an experienced Manager, with day-to-day responsibility for the management of the Shared Ownership team, setting and delivering agreed targets and objectives whilst ensuring we provide the highest levels of service to our clients and to our buyers.
In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with the LRG branch network to drive enquiries and sales, arrange and attend launches and events (this will involve occasional weekend working) and seek to maximise our opportunities and revenues. Reporting directly to the Leaders Romans Group Shared Ownership Director, this is a high profile role in one of the property industry’s fastest growing sectors. Where required, the Shared Ownership Manager will attend client meetings and industry-networking events with a view to helping to win new business. Attend management meetings and be responsible for producing management information and reports.
The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be reasonably amended from time to time at the discretion of the company.
The remuneration package will comprise salary and quarterly performance related bonuses measured across a number of metrics and be commensurate with the responsibility of the role
Hours – to be agreed but likely to be Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (plus attending weekend launches/viewings/events when required)
