Administrator (Land and Development) - Wokingham

We are looking to recruit an Administrator to provide the Land and Development Department with all daily administration and deal with clients when necessary.

The role will involve:

  • Audio typing of general correspondence and letters
  • General administration duties including managing diaries
  • Data entry
  • Collating information for bids and research projects
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Setup, manage and maintain office administration filing systems and procedures (physical and online)

Job Challenges:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Organisational skills

  • Customer facing ability
  • Well presented
  • Audio Typing skills
  • Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Highly organised
  • Work as part of a team
  • Minimum Grade C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)

Desirable Skills:

  • Articulate and numerate
  • A full UK/EU driving license
  • Experience of a similar role
