You will facilitate, deliver and promote a highly skilled workforce by supporting the Lettings and property management function of the LRG business in the production of compliance training material and courses.  The role will require competent knowledge in Lettings legislation and compliance, however a training background is not required. Full development will be provided to those with the motivation and enthusiasm to develop our employee’s knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • To design and develop engaging learning content for the Group lettings compliance courses
  • Identify compliance training needs and identify course solutions
  • To run courses that educate on lettings legislation such as HMO, Sections, mandatory legislation.
  • To provide technical courses to our Property Managers, Negotiators, Administrators, and managers.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Strong up-to-date Lettings Legislation knowledge.
  • The ability to clearly explain current legislation and processes
  • Understanding of the Lettings industry is essential and experience of working within the roles you are training would be key.
  • Understanding that the role will cover a large geographical coverage and that travelling will be expected within the role (anticipated to be 4 out of 5 days a week in the field)
