We are a specialist independent insurance provider focused on the lettings market. We are particularly experienced in arranging cover for tenants, covering their liability as occupiers of rented property. We have established close working relationships with insurers and have facilities in place with specialist underwriters to cater for the lettings market.
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an Insurance Team Leader to join our new insurance division in our Becket House office in Worthing.
As an Insurance Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Insurance Scheme Administrators. You will be required to develop and support the team, as well as manage staff appraisals. Your overall responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the team’s workload as well as inputting to the departments strategy.

To succeed, you will need a proven track record of working within an Insurance based environment, as well as 1 years management experience and CII qualified.
