We are looking for a proactive, persuasive and results-driven individual who will fully utilise their impressive networking and relationship-building abilities to gain instruction on potential lettings properties and to maximise new business opportunities.

As the driving force behind the team, the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator is pivotal and will provide our successful candidate with ample scope to make their mark. In addition to identifying and clinching new business, you will be responsible for achieving personal and branch forecasts while maintaining the highest standards of customer care and ethical conduct, valuing properties to let, plus registering enquiries from prospective landlords and booking assessments.

As our Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will also:

  • Build alliances with key local employers and developers in the community
  • Give directive to lettings team to lead them to branch targets
  • Advise landlords of their legal obligations and keep both them and applicants informed of progress
  • In absence of the branch manager hold team meetings
  • Ensure an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitor activities

Solid sales experience, preferably gained within the property sector, alongside plenty of personal drive, allowing you to generate business in quieter periods. Highly professional and well-presented at all times, you must possess impressive persuasion and customer service skills, an exemplary telephone manner and a full UK driving licence.
