About the role: National Maintenance Manager
The Leaders Romans Group are looking to expand their property maintenance offering to the lettings and residential sales market and as a result have a need for a National Maintenance Manager to head up their residential property maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a maintenance business from the ground up.
Reporting directly to the Group Director, Property Management you will be responsible managing a team of managers, supervisors, and engineers, delivering refurbishment statutory and reactive maintenance works into our already established managed property portfolio.
We are looking to recruit a Business Manager able to deliver a high quality service, experienced in delivering maintenance services directly into customer’s homes, someone who is able to identify opportunities for growth and expand the business to enable service delivery across the UK.
The services offered will include Gas Safety checks and boiler servicing, electrical services and general maintenance services.
This is a new Venture for the Leaders Romans Group and therefore we are looking for forward thinking managers, willing and able to build the business from the ground up.
We are looking for someone with previous experience within a reactive and planned maintenance role, used to managing mobile engineering staff and office staff.
