Leaders Romans Group have an exciting opportunity within the Client Finance department to provide services that protect, control and process clients funds as well as assisting branches with queries / requests and monitoring and recovering any unpaid client fees / funds.
This position is working within a fast paced environment and requires great customer service skills. A large volume of queries and requests are received by the Client Finance team on a daily basis and this role is pivotal in regards to responding and resolving these queries / requests in a timely manner, in order to adhere to the Service Level Agreements of the department.
Key responsibilities include;
We are looking for a customer focused person who has strong communications skills, a good eye for detail, numeracy skills are a must and you will work well under pressure. Ideally someone who has previous experience in an office/admin environment or in retail. This position requires the individual to prioritise workloads whilst building up and maintaining a strong working relationship with branch staff and managers, over the phone and via written communication.
